Cancellation Policy and No Show.

Low Season:

* Cancellations up to 48hrs. before the check in, the amount converted is fully anticipated in housing credit to be used in up to 60 days.
* Cancellation within a period of less than 48 hours before check in, 100% of the advance is retained as a penalty for cancellation.

High Season (Jan. and July). And holidays:

The deadline for withdrawal with full credit is one week (07 days) before the check-in. Using the same criterion mentioned in the previous item.

No Show.

Withdrawal of the day or stay packages, requires payment in full of the period booked.
No refunds can be made if guest does not show or notify.
